ABOUT THE AUTHOR
NAAD DANTALE
Founding Engineer, Sparkonomy | Software & ML Engineer | AI Systems Builder
“ I am a software and machine learning engineer based in Pune, India. At Sparkonomy, I build the agentic systems and intelligence layer that help creators move past admin chaos, manage business workflows, and focus more deeply on their craft.”
Building AI systems and products across:
From Breaking Electronics to Building Agentic Systems
Naad's relationship with technology started early.
After 10th grade, he began pulling apart electronics to understand how things worked. Not because someone told him to. Not because it looked good on a résumé. But because he wanted to know what was happening underneath the surface.
That instinct stayed.
In college, he taught himself Python and Swift, went deep into machine learning, and began building real systems for real users. The more he built, the clearer one thing became: the hard part was rarely just the code.
It was understanding the problem. The people using the system. The edge cases. The business pressure. The gap between something that works once and something that holds up.
During his time co-founding StepNex Technologies, Naad learned this closely. Client negotiations, production issues, timelines, and team coordination taught him what building in the real world actually feels like. It is messy, moving, and often far more human than technical.
“I write code that makes sense, not just code that works.”
Today, that belief shapes his work at Sparkonomy.
As a founding engineer, Naad is building the agentic layer underneath the creator economy. His work focuses on AI agents, creator identity systems, scalable infrastructure, and the invisible business workflows that creators should not have to fight every day.
For him, good technology is not loud. It does not get in the way. It understands context, reduces friction, and helps people do more of the work only they can do.
Outside of building, Naad runs marathons, rock climbs, and treks in the Himalayas. Not as a polished metaphor, but because those spaces teach a similar lesson: the interesting part usually begins after you think you are done.
About Naad
Naad Dantale is a founding engineer at Sparkonomy, where he builds AI agents and scalable systems for the creator economy. His work focuses on the intelligence layer that helps creators manage complex business workflows such as payments, invoices, brand deals, and creator identity systems with less friction.
As a software and machine learning engineer, Naad works across AI infrastructure, full-stack systems, document intelligence, RAG workflows, and agent design. He is especially interested in building systems that stay coherent over time, not just tools that produce fast outputs. His engineering philosophy is simple: code should not only work, it should make sense.
Before Sparkonomy, Naad co-founded StepNex Technologies, a SaaS company building ERP solutions for business operations across finance, HR, inventory, and client-specific workflows. That founder experience shaped how he thinks about software. It taught him to build for users, business pressure, and production reality, not just clean demos.
His earlier work spans AI, data, and backend engineering. At Viridium.AI, he built document ingestion and analysis services using Python and LangChain, improving analysis accuracy from 75% to 89%. At Smollan, he worked on LLM-based analytics and enterprise RAG solutions in collaboration with Google. At Constituents AI, he built backend systems including RFID-based logistics and AI-powered business tools.
Naad also co-authored research on Sparse Mixture-of-Experts LLMs for efficient ICD code prediction in clinical outcome modeling. His technical interests include AI agents, long-horizon model behavior, retrieval systems, scalable infrastructure, and the future of software products built around context.
Naad believes the next leap in software will not come from faster tools alone. It will come from systems that understand context, preserve memory, follow constraints, and stay useful over time. At Sparkonomy, he applies that belief to the creator economy, helping build AI infrastructure that gives creators more control, more clarity, and more room to create.
