Co-Founder & Global Head of Creator Business, Sparkonomy
“ I am a creator economy expert and former Googler with 16+ years building for the internet. I'm now building the AI-driven infrastructure at Sparkonomy to help creators turn their cultural influence into sustainable businesses.”

I've spent my career at the intersection of culture, technology, and creators. For over 16 years, from launching Google+ in India to leading Jellysmack's expansion across the country, I've had a front-row seat to how the digital world evolves.
Along the way, I noticed a critical gap. Platforms were scaling massively, but the individuals driving that growth—the creators—lacked the foundational tools to manage their businesses across multiple channels.
“Because the future of the internet won't be built by platforms alone. It will be built by creators who understand their power.”
That's why I co-founded Sparkonomy. We are building a platform—and a community—that strips away the friction of business management, allowing creators to focus on original insight and connection.
Vipasha Joshi is the Co-Founder and Global Head of Creator Business at Sparkonomy, where she bridges the gap between creators, culture, and Artificial Intelligence. With 16+ years of experience in digital growth, Vipasha specializes in ecosystem building, AI-driven content strategy, and multi-platform revenue diversification. As a recognized LinkedIn Top Voice and founder of the 'Creator Chronicles' newsletter, she is dedicated to shifting the creator industry from a competitive "lone wolf" mindset to one rooted in deep community collaboration.
Before Sparkonomy, Vipasha served as the Country Manager for Jellysmack in India, successfully scaling the internal team and driving multi-platform growth for top-tier regional creators. Her foundational tech experience includes over six years at Google, where she managed the launch of Google+ in India and acted as the Diversity Lead for Google India. She has also held senior business development roles at Dentsu and Merkle.
Vipasha believes that in an internet flooded with automated content, true value lies in original insight and cultural authenticity. She champions "Hinglish" and vernacular languages as native product experiences, ensuring creators can build businesses that feel natural.
